Sorry I’ve been lax keeping the site up! A lot has happened since the last Stone week but lets get back on the horse and add STONE WEEK 2023!:

It features a lineup of trio settings with some truly phenomenal musicians:

Wednesday, 5/3 - My longstanding trio Sync with Jerome Harris acoustic guitar/acoustic bass guitar and Samir Chatterjee, tabla

Thursday 5/4 - with Ikue Mori, electronics and Alex Waterman, cello

Friday 5/5 - with Marcus Rojas, tuba and Billy Martin, drums

Saturday 5/6 - with David Tronzo, bottleneck slide guitar and Stomu Takeishi, fretless bass guitar

all shows are at 8:30 pm, admission $20, pay at the door
The Stone is at The New School at 55 West 13th st. Between 5th and 6th Avenue

Solo In the Loft of Alain Kirili and Ariane Lopez-Huici

A special streamed performance recording created by Roulette of an intimate solo interaction with the sculpture of Alain Kirili and the photography of Ariane Lopez-Huici from their Tribeca loft. Produced by the great team at Roulette, including Wolf Daniel and Woramon Jamjod. Rothenberg performs his solo music surrounded by the artwork and the artists at work.
